I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and EMDR therapist with several years’ experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. This has strengthened my cultural competence, enabling me to recognize, respect, and value each individual's unique diversity, beliefs, and perspectives. I am deeply dedicated to supporting people as they navigate challenges, assisting them to move forward, and creating positive, lasting changes in their lives. In our therapeutic work, I strive to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space, fostering exploration, healing, and personal growth.
My professional experience includes several years in the charity sector, where I served as a Counselling Coordinator and Manager for a Latin American women’s organization in London. In this role, I provide counselling to survivors of domestic and gender-based violence while managing a team of counselling staff, students, and volunteers.
I am committed to professional growth and continuously seek to expand my knowledge and therapeutic skills through ongoing training, courses, clinical supervision, and self-reflection.
