About Me

I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist with several years of practice, including clients from a diverse cultural background. This helps me to be culturally competent, recognising and respecting the diversity, values, and ways of thinking of each person. I have great respect and dedication for the process of helping people to move forward and to make positive changes to their lives. During the therapeutic process, I assist in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for exploration and healing.

I believe that to achieve good outcomes from therapy, both the client and therapist need to be committed to working together.

I have several years of experience working in the charity sector, as a Counselling Coordinator/ Manager of a Latin American Women's organization in London. I provide emotional support to survivors of domestic and gender violence. Also, I manage the counselling staff, students and volunteers.

I am continuously seeking to enhance my knowledge, experience, and therapeutic skills through ongoing training, courses, and self-reflection.
